Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of Orange District Basketball Association Inc.
(ODBA). The details of the meeting are as follows:
Date: Wednesday 4th February 2026
Time: 6.00pm AEDT
Registration: To be eligible to vote, all attendees MUST register for this event via Zoom HERE, no later than Tuesday 11th February 2025.
How to attend: In person, in the downstairs meeting room at Sir Neville Howse Stadium, 2-10 Seymour Street, Orange.
For members who are unable to attend in person, this meeting can be attended virtually via Zoom. The password for the meeting is ODBA
You MUST be a financial member to attend and vote. You can join the association by registering through your Basketball Connect profile.
How to Vote: Voting will be completed during the AGM when directed by the meeting Chair. Votes received outside of these times will not be valid. Please ensure you have access to your mobile phone and emails during the meeting.
